How to hide my profile from my current employer?

First thing to understand is that your job search settings are contolled by your "Talent Card.

When companies search for candidates or see applications, they see talent cards created by Cutshort users.

If you don't have a talent card or if it is deactivated, you don't come up in the candidate searches. Similarly, merely having a Cutshort account doesn't mean you come up in search results as a candidate looking out.

If you have a talent card and are looking for job opportunities, you can specify a list of companies you want to hide your talent card from.

To do this, go to your talent card and scroll down to the Past companies section.
