Ensure the details in your talent card are accurate. Go to your dashboard to see and review your talent card.
Recruiters often filter on location, notice period, experience and salary, so pay special attention there.
Tip 2: Apply for more (and active) jobsWhile companies also search, their first action is to check applications.
Apply for as many jobs as you find relevant. To do this, first check your Recommended Jobs section.
Bonus tip: Use the "Hiring activity on job" filter to see the most actve jobs and apply for those first.
Tip 3: Always answer Screening questions and A interviewer
Most recruiters look at the responses to screening questions to filter applications. They avoid wasting their and your time if your profiles doesn't meet the basic requirements they have.
Also, when you answer screening questions and AI interview, they realise that you are serious about their position and hence prioritise your application over others.
Tip 4: For really good opportunities, also ping recruiters on LinkedIn
On each job we show, we also include the name and linkedin handle of the job poster. If you really like the opportunity or the company, don't stop at the application.
After applying to the job, connect with the recruiter on LinkedIn. After a week or so, if you dont hear back, send them a message on LinkedIn that you have applied on Cutshort.
