AI Screener completely works based on the criteria your provide to it.

Criteria

You can use something like "React proficiency".

Instructions

Here you can describe what should AI ask. 

For descriptive questions, you can enter here sentences like 

Ask if they have worked on memory management in React applications.

For code snippet questions, you can give a generic instruction like

"Generate a code snippet that shows a memory leak in React code"

Or you can be very specific and define the exact code snippet:

Generate a code snippet that shows a performance issue in React code that renders a table without pagination support
